General Rules & FAQs
Billing
We bill on the 25th of the month and rent is due on the 1st. EMT is preferred.
Parking
We have a parking lot that hold most of our tenants & clients, however overflow will have to find thier own parking.
Noise
Please use an acceptable level of volume for a professional setting. No excessing swearing is permitted.
Minimums
A 3 month minimum is required for all rentals & well as 30 days notice.
Signage
You are permitted to out a circle logo on the front window at your own cost. Please reach out to Mandy for the supplier name and contact infomation. If you would like your business added to the hallway directory, there is a $40 charge.
Pets
No pets are permitted at The Hive. A quick visit from a friend, yes. All day, no.
Safety & Security
Please keep all belongings safe & secure. The Hive is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Locks are permitted on office doors as long as Mandy has a key or code.
